My adopted cats
Murphy and Murgatryd - A tale of two tails.
Tails first, tale(s) later.

From top to bottom: Murgatryd and Murphy

Unlike most cats, Murg enjoys tummy rubs. He turns into a complete marshmallow if you rub his tummy. Don't try this with your cats at home. They might not be like old Murg here.

Cats don't like to be photographed! I can't get any close-ups of Murf yet. I've got Murg here drinking from a basin of water, which I usually put in my room when the air is too dry. This tom's drinking bowl, which is much nicer(!) than this basin is at his dining corner. His second 'home' is my room. He loves sleeping on my duvet and treasure hunt in the storage area under my bed. He could also spend hours exploring my walk-in wardrobe.
They are my landlady's cats; they're British Blues. In the U.S., I believe they're called Domestic Short Hairs. I love them to bits.
p/s In my next posting, I shall try to get one of Murf sleeping on his favourite spot, i.e. the top of a kitchen dresser.
